Refund Policy

The short version: you are not invoiced until your site is live and you have approved it, so in the normal case there is nothing to refund. Once you are paying, the monthly fee is money back in your first month, no questions asked. Deposits and instalment plans are covered further down.
The first-month guarantee
If you are not happy in your first month after your site goes live, you get every ringgit of the monthly fee back. One message is all it takes. No form, no questions, no attempt to talk you out of it.
What it covers
- Monthly fees paid during the first month after your website goes live.
What it does not cover
- Your domain registration cost. The domain is registered in your clinic's name and stays yours, so the registry fee is not recoverable by us. You keep the domain.
- One-time setup and build fees for Essential, Complete or Growth. Those are covered separately below.
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf and already spent, such as advertising budget. These are only ever incurred with your prior approval.
How to claim

The refund is returned by the same method you paid, within 7 working days of the request.
After the first month
From month two onwards, the monthly fee is not refundable. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice, as set out in the Terms of Service. You serve out the notice period, and there is no penalty and no exit fee.
One-time build fees
Essential (RM500), Complete (RM2,000) and Growth (RM2,500) are one-time fees for work we carry out specifically for your clinic: research, writing every page, pricing tables, SEO setup and revisions.
On a lump-sum build you are invoiced after the site is live and you have approved it, so you are never paying for work you have not yet seen. The table below applies where money has changed hands before completion, which means a deposit you asked to pay upfront, or an instalment plan.

We are straight about the reason. A build fee is almost entirely labour: several weeks of research and writing produced for your clinic alone, which cannot be resold or recovered. Once that work has started it has been spent. What we can promise instead is that we keep working until the pages say what you want them to say, which is what the two revision rounds are for.
"Work begins" means the day we start research or writing on your build, and we tell you that date in writing before we start.
One-page buyout
The RM1,200 buyout of a one-page site is refundable in full at any time before the files are handed over. Once the files have been handed over, it is not refundable, because ownership of a completed site has transferred to you and cannot be transferred back.
If you go on to take Complete, the RM1,200 is credited against it in full, as set out in the Terms of Service. The same applies to the RM500 Essential setup fee, so moving up a plan never costs you more than starting there.
Instalment plans
A build fee can be split into four monthly payments. Work is delivered in milestones and each milestone goes live on your site as it is finished, so you are using what you pay for as you pay for it. The milestone table is in the Terms of Service.
- You can stop the plan at any time with 30 days' written notice.
- Payments already made are not refunded once the work they cover has been delivered.
- Everything delivered up to that point stays live on your website, running under your normal monthly plan.
- Work stops at the last completed milestone. We do not leave a page half finished.
- Ownership of the completed build transfers on the final instalment. Until then the site continues under the monthly plan licence described in the Terms.
So stopping partway does not mean losing what you paid for. It means you keep the finished part and do not receive the rest.
If we cancel
If we end the arrangement for any reason other than non-payment or a content dispute, we refund the unused portion of your current month, and any build instalment paid for work we have not yet delivered.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.
