The demo is free, always, whether you go ahead or not. What you pay for is launching it: Essential is RM500 one-time for a complete one-page site with your real branding, photos and reviews, plus RM200/month to host and maintain it.

Hosting, your .com.my domain, SSL, monitoring, your Google Business Profile kept in sync with the site, WhatsApp booking, and up to 3 small edits a month (text, photos, prices, opening hours). On top of that, one improvement every month driven by your real Google Search Console data: what people searched, what they clicked, and where you almost ranked but didn't. You get a plain-English report of what changed and why. Every version is kept, so if a change doesn't help, I put it back.

You can. That's what Complete is for, or the RM1,200 buyout of a one-page site. But a website is finished on launch day and starts losing ground the same week: Google shifts, competitors add pages, your prices and hours move. The RM200 is what keeps it maintained and improving instead of slowly going stale, which is the state most clinic websites are in right now. If you would rather own it outright and handle that yourself, say so and I'll quote it.

KKLIU is the Ministry of Health's approval system for health advertising in Malaysia. Anything that promotes treatments to the public, including a clinic website, falls under those advertising rules. I write your site content with the guidelines in mind: no superlatives, no treatment-result testimonials, no misleading claims, only facts you can back up. If your clinic ever applies for formal ad approval, your website content won't be the thing holding it back.

On Essential the site itself is licensed while you're on the plan, so it goes offline when you stop, and you can buy it outright for RM1,200 at any time. On Complete or Growth the site is yours once the build is paid in full, and I hand over the files at no charge.

Monitoring pings the site every few minutes and alerts my phone. Hosting is on infrastructure that fixes itself for most failures, so in practice the site stays up without me touching it. For anything that needs my hands, I respond the same evening, and update requests are handled within 48 hours as standard.

Yes, and I would rather say so now than surprise you later. RM500 and RM2,000 are portfolio prices. I'm building my first set of Malaysian clinic sites, and right now I need the work and the references more than I need the margin. Once I have a handful of clinics live and happy to vouch for it, the build fees go up. If you're already on a plan by then, your price stays where it is for as long as you stay. There's no countdown and no deadline. It goes up when the work has earned it.

Because every demo is real work done before anyone pays me. I research your clinic, write the content, build the site and put it online, all before you've committed to anything. I do that around a full-time job, so five a month is what I can do properly. Paying clients aren't capped. The free builds are.
