Terms of Service

Last updated 27 July 2026

These terms cover what MRNdigital builds for you, what the monthly plan includes, who owns what, and how either of us can end the arrangement. Plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you agree to it.

1. Who you are contracting with

MRNdigital is operated by Imran Khalid as a sole proprietor, registered with SSM as MRNDIGITAL SOLUTIONS (business registration no. AS0518976-W). Contact: imran.khalid@mrn.digital, +60 11-1174 6416.

"We" and "us" means MRNdigital. "You" means the clinic or business engaging us.

2. The free demo

We may build you a demo website at no cost and with no obligation on either side. There is no fee, no invoice, and no commitment created by us building it or by you looking at it.

3. Launching your site, and the monthly plan

Essential setup fee

Launching a one page site is RM500, one-time. It covers the work of finalising content, real photos, connecting your domain, and putting the site live. It is a fee for that work, not a purchase of the website itself, which is covered in section 4.

The setup fee is invoiced after your site is live and you have approved it, never before. If you look at the finished site and decide against it, there is no invoice.

If you later move up to Complete, the RM500 is credited against it in full, so starting small never costs you more than starting large.

The monthly plan

RM200 per month, starting only once your site is live and you have confirmed you want to keep it.

What it covers

What is quoted separately

A small update is one that takes under 30 minutes. Anything larger is quoted before it is done, and you approve the quote before we start. Examples of quoted work: new pages or sections, a booking system, a new photo shoot, a redesign, Google Ads management, SEO articles.

We will never do quoted work and then invoice you for it as a surprise. No quote, no charge.

4. Who owns what

This is the section most clients want in writing, so it is deliberately specific.

Always yours, in every case

On a one page build

The Essential setup fee covers the work of building and launching your site. It is not a purchase of the site itself. The website, meaning the design, code and build, remains ours and is licensed to you for as long as you are on the monthly plan. If the plan ends, the site is taken offline. We will release your content and your domain to you on request, at no charge. The same applies to any one page site we build at no cost.

In short: nothing you gave us is ever held back, but a site we financed does not transfer unless it has been bought outright.

Buying out a one page site

If you want to own the one page site as it stands, without moving up to a multi-page build, you can buy it outright for RM1,200 one-time. On payment the site becomes yours and we hand over the files.

On a paid build

Once a Complete or Growth build is paid in full, the completed website is yours. If you later cancel, we hand over an export of the site files that you can host anywhere you like, at no charge. Ownership transfers on final payment, not before.

5. Paid builds

Complete is RM2,000 one-time. Growth is RM2,500 one-time and includes Google Business Profile setup and the review system. Both continue on a monthly plan, RM200 for Complete and RM349 for Growth. You receive an itemised quote before paying anything.

If you started on Essential, the RM500 setup fee is credited against a Complete or Growth build. If you also bought out your one page site, that RM1,200 is credited too. You never pay twice for the same work, and starting small never costs you more than starting large.

Paying in instalments

A build fee can be split into four monthly payments. Work is delivered in milestones as payments are made, and each milestone goes live on your site as it is completed. You are not made to wait until the end to see or use the work.

PaymentWhat goes live
1Research, site structure, first 2 treatment pages written and live
2Next 3 treatment pages plus full pricing tables
3Remaining pages, treatment process gallery, on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, local schema)
4Both rounds of revisions, final checks, ownership transfer and file handover

If instalments stop, work stops at the last completed milestone, never part way through a page. Everything already delivered stays live on your site under the normal monthly plan. Ownership transfers only after the final instalment. Refund terms are in the Refund Policy.

6. What we need from you

We can only build an accurate site with accurate information. You agree to provide:

You confirm that any material you send us is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Delays in supplying content will delay the build, and we will say so rather than guess and fill gaps with invented information.

7. Advertising and content compliance

Healthcare advertising in Malaysia is regulated, principally by the Medicine (Advertisement and Sale) Act 1956 and Medicine Advertisements Board guidelines, and by the Malaysian Dental Council Code of Professional Conduct for dental practitioners.

We are not lawyers and nothing here is legal advice.

8. Payment

9. Cancellation

We may end the arrangement ourselves if fees go unpaid, or if we are asked to publish content we consider unlawful or misleading. We would rather talk it through first.

10. Availability

We aim to keep your site online continuously and we monitor it, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Hosting, domain registries and Google are third parties whose outages are outside our control. Where an outage is ours to fix, we fix it as a priority.

11. Liability

We are responsible for doing our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses, lost patients, lost revenue or lost profits arising from the website or from search engine ranking changes. Our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volumes or patient numbers. Anyone who does is guessing. We commit to the work, not to Google's results.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top. Existing clients will be told directly about any change that affects them, at least 30 days before it takes effect.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If a dispute comes up, we will try to sort it out directly first.
