What the clinic needed
Mahkota's hours are unusual: a day session every day, plus 8pm to 10pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Google that split schedule showed up as "Opens 8 pm" at odd times, which read as if the clinic were closed during the day. The clinic also had no site of its own to send patients to, only a link page.
What we built
- The clinic's own brand. Colours traced from their real logo file, and the logo redrawn as a clean vector for the browser icon.
- Evening hours stated plainly. The night session is written out in the hours section, in the FAQ and in the Dentist structured data, so people, search engines and AI answers all read the same schedule.
- English and Malay pages with matching content and hreflang tags.
- A nine-question FAQ with FAQPage structured data, answering what patients ask before they call.
- One-tap contact. WhatsApp, phone, booking and Waze directions, each tap counted in Google Analytics.
Where it stands
By 15 October 2026 Google had indexed the homepage, and the site has been linked from the clinic's Google Business Profile since 16 October.
We test the same Google AI Mode questions before and after each change. On 11 October, the two evening questions ("dental clinic near KLIA open at night" and "klinik gigi buka malam kota warisan") named Mahkota in 0 of 4 answers. On 16 October, after the FAQ went live, they named Mahkota in 2 of 3 answers, mentioning its evening session. AI answers change from run to run, so we report hit rates across repeated checks rather than a single result.
What the clinic said
Best working experience making website with this company. Easy going and straight forward. Highly recommended
Questions
Who built the Klinik Pergigian Mahkota website?
MRNdigital, a website design service for Malaysian dental clinics run by Imran Khalid, based in Kota Warisan.
How did it start?
As a working demo with the clinic's real name, hours and contact details, built in September 2026 after the clinic agreed to look at a preview. The clinic reviewed it before it went live.
Why does the website spell out the evening hours?
The clinic runs an 8pm to 10pm session on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Google showed this split schedule in a confusing way, so the website states it in plain text, in the FAQ and in structured data, where search engines and AI answers can read it.
