Toothday Dental Clinic: a three-language website for Taman Equine
Case study · 16 October 2026
Toothday Dental Clinic is a dental practice in Taman Equine, Seri Kembangan, run by Dr Cheng. Their patients speak English, Mandarin and Malay, so the website had to work in all three. MRNdigital built it at toothday.com.my, launched on 1 October 2026.

What the clinic needed
A patient searching on their phone should find the clinic, see whether it is open right now, and reach the team in one tap, in the language they are most comfortable with. Before the site, that information lived only on the clinic's Google listing.
What we built
- Three full language versions. English, Simplified Chinese and Malay pages with the same content, linked with hreflang tags so Google serves the right one.
- Live open or closed status. Worked out in Malaysia time from the clinic's real hours: 10am to 9pm, closed on Fridays, open on Sundays.
- One-tap contact. WhatsApp, phone and Waze buttons on every page, with WhatsApp and phone taps counted in Google Analytics so the clinic can see how many patients reach out.
- A FAQ written for search and AI answers. Plain answers to the questions patients actually ask, such as Sunday opening and which languages the team speaks.
- Pages Google can read on first visit. The homepage is pre-rendered, so search engines see the full text without running any scripts, and it carries Dentist structured data with the clinic's address and hours.
- A review card for the front desk. A printed QR and NFC card that opens the clinic's Google review form.
Where it stands
The site is indexed by Google and linked from the clinic's Google Business Profile. In a check on 16 October 2026, toothday.com.my appeared on page one of Google for "dentist taman equine", and Google AI Mode named Toothday in its answer to the same search. These are single checks from one location, so we track them over time rather than treat any one result as a ranking.
What the clinic said
I'm very satisfied with the website design service! The developer was professional, responsive and attentive to my needs. Communication throughout the process was smooth and I'm happy with the final result. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build a website for business.
